What makes us move? We may be stuck with the routines of everyday living that we do not see the value of what we do anymore. Our work values define whether or not we will act on something, to find relevance in whatever we are doing. This program will focus on the small things that matter, the small changes in values and paradigms that will help us move and keep us going through the process of Coaching. Coaching in the perspective of performance, behavior and metrics are important interventions to keep employees motivated and to work towards achieving company goals.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training, participants should be able to:

Be self-aware, to take an inventory of one’s values and how they can be translated into action through coaching;

Recognize the importance of small changes in views and paradigms, not ambitious

changes to help people get up on their feet and start moving;
