Ayala Corporation issued the following announcement on Dec. 6.

The community at the Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education (CENTEX), Bauan, Batangas, had a fun-filled day last December 3, 2018, when 75 members of the Ayala Group Internal Auditors Network (AGIAN) stopped by to share their 20th anniversary celebration.

AGIAN, together with Ayala Foundation, Inc. (AFI), visited CENTEX Batangas, awarded as the best elementary school in the Province of Batangas, for a fun afternoon of games and performances. The event ended with the turn over of a sound system, gift checks, school kits, and toys–a gesture intended to help make a difference in the school’s vibrant community. It was attended by CENTEX Principal, Ms. Movita Cruzat, Public School District Supervisor of the Department of Education, Mr. Joel B. Lubis, and ex-AC Internal Audit Head Mr. Jimmy Villegas who started AGIAN in 1998 in collaboration with the other Internal Audit Heads of the Ayala group companies.
