The world is continuously transforming to the throb of digital revolution. Artificial intelligence and other cyber-physical systems are slowly taking over the way businesses run. It is a do or dies game that if you don’t adapt, you lose.

The Information & Communications Technology Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, (AMCHAM) hosts a series of industry briefings as part of the “Digital Innovation Series”. The series intend to tackle the Philippine industrial competitiveness and how businesses embrace the challenges brought about by today’s technologically driven arena. This May, the committee intends to tackle Innovations in Philippine Healthcare Industry (PHI).

The private sector through the Chamber continues to support effective government policies and initiatives that would induce greater investments in the Philippine eHealth projects. Additionally, it is worthy to note that the Healthcare Industry is one of the largest industries in terms of service delivery in the country, it is just right that the industry harness latest innovations not only to discover cures but most importantly to advancing their services to provide better patient care.

This industry briefing aims convene industry leaders, policy makers and digital experts to discuss the status, challenges, digital innovation, trends and opportunities in the Philippine Healthcare industry. The event also promotes collaboration for both the public and private sector to coming up with recommendations to improving and promoting innovations in the industry.
